देहरादून चार धाम यात्रा के दौरान आपात स्थिति में तीर्थ यात्रियों को एयर एम्बुलेंस की सहायता से एम्स ऋषिकेश के साथ ही राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज देहरादून व श्रीनगर में एयर लिफ्ट किया जायेगा, ताकि किसी भी गंभीर परिस्थिति में उनको बेहतर चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जा सके। इसके लिये सभी जनपदों के जिलाधिकारियों एवं मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारियों को निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं।
सूबे के चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि विगत दिनों यमुनोत्री में हृदय गति रूकने से दो तीर्थ यात्रियों की मृत्यु हो गई थी, जिसको देखते हुये उत्तरकाशी, रूद्रप्रयाग व चमोली के जिलाधिकारियों एवं मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारियों को अलर्ट कर दिया गया है। अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है कि किसी भी प्रकार की आपात स्थिति में तीर्थयात्रियों को तत्काल एयर लिफ्ट कर एम्स ऋषिकेश तथा राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज देहरादून व श्रीनगर पहुंचाया जाय, ताकि समय रहते यात्रियों को गंभीर हालत में विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों द्वारा बेहतर उपचार दिया जा सके। उन्होंने बताया कि चार धाम यात्रा मार्गों पर 48 स्थाई चिकित्सा इकाई तथा 23 अस्थाई चिकित्सा इकाई स्थापित की गई है, जहां पर 29 विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सक एवं 182 चिकित्साधिकारी तैनात किये गये हैं। 95 पीओसीटी डिवासेज उपलब्ध कराई गई हैं जोकि ईसीजी के साथ ही आक्सीजन लेवल की भी जांच कर सकेंगे। इसके अलावा 272 पैरामेडिकल स्टॉफ की तैनाती की गई है जिनमें 182 स्टाफ नर्स व 90 फार्मासिस्ट शामिल है। चार धाम यात्रा में 96 विभागीय एम्बुलेंस व 77 आपातकालीन सेवा 108 एम्बुलेंस सहित 200 एम्बुलेंस की तैनाती की गई है। यात्रा मार्गों पर आपात स्थिति से निकालने के लिये 11 ब्ल्ड बैंक व 2 ब्ल्ड संग्रहण केन्द्र क्रियाशील हैं। श्रीनगर मेडिकल कॉलेज में कार्डिक सेंटर की स्थापना की गई है जहां पर कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट सहित अन्य पैरामेडिकल स्टॉफ तैनात रहेगा। इसी प्रकार एम्स ़ऋषिकेश से हेली एम्बुलेंस की सेवा शुरू की गई है। आपात स्थिति में उत्तरकाशी, चमोली, रूद्रप्रयाग सहित अन्य यात्रा मार्गों पर पड़ने वाले जिलों के डीएम एवं सीएमओ को हेली एम्बुलेंस सेवा के लिये अधिकृत किया गया।
उत्तरकाशी में कार्डिक यूनिट शुरू, हृदय रोगियों को मिलेगी राहत
जिला अस्पताल उत्तरकाशी में कार्डिक यूनिट शुरू कर दी गई है जहां पर एक कार्डियोलॉजिस्ट सहित अन्य स्टॉफ हर समय तैनात रहेगा। इसकी प्रकार जानकीचट्टी मेडिकल रिलीव प्वाइंट पर एक प्रशिक्षत फिजीशियन व अन्य स्टॉफ तैनात किया गया है, जबकि गंगोत्री, यमुनोत्री यात्रा मार्ग पर कुल 20 हेल्थ फैसिलिटी सेंटर बनाये गये हैं जहां पर डॉक्टर, फार्मासिस्ट सहित पैरामेडिकल स्टॉफ की तैनाती की गई है। डा. रावत ने बताया कि आपात स्थित के लिये जानकीचट्टी में एक कार्डिक एम्बुलेंस भी तैनात की गई है, जबकि पूरे जनपद में 5 एडवांस लाइफ सपोर्ट एम्बुलेंस तथा 9 बेसिक लाइफ सपोर्ट एम्बुलेंस सहित 14 आपातकालीन एम्बुलेंस 108 तथा 6 विभागीय एम्बुलेंस विभिन्न स्थानों पर तैनात की गई है।
केदारनाथ यात्रा मार्ग पर मिलेगी बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवा
केदारनाथ यात्रा मार्ग पर 14 मेडिकल रिलीव प्वाइंट बनाये गये हैं, जहां पर प्रशिक्षित चिकित्सक के साथ ही फार्मासिस्ट व अन्य पैरामेडिकल स्टॉफ की तैनाती की गई है। बदरीनाथ धाम सहित पूरे मार्ग पर भी स्वास्थ्य विभाग को अलर्ट मोड पर रखा गया है। यहां आने वाले यात्रियों के लिये आपात स्थिति में श्रीनगर मेडिकल कॉलेज को बेस कैम्प मानते हुये चिकित्सकों को अलर्ट रहने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं। इसके साथ ही श्रीनगर मेडिकल कॉलेज में मेडिट्रीना ग्रुप ऑफ हास्पिटल के द्वारा सीएसआर के तहत कार्डिक यूनिट संचालित की जा रही है जहां पर विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों के साथ ही पैरामेडिकल स्टॉफ भी तैनात रहेगा।
