देहरादून। खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति विभाग के अधिकारियों की लापरवाही से एक उपभोक्ता को दो वर्षों तक राशन उपलब्ध नहीं हो सका। उसके द्वारा सूचना के अधिकार में जानकारी मांगी गई तो सही जानकारी नहीं दी गई। राज्य सूचना आयुक्त योगेश भट्ट ने मामले में लोक सूचना अधिकारी पर 25 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना लगाने के साथ ही 17 कुंतल 500 ग्राम राशन अपीलार्थी को उपलब्ध कराने के आदेश विभाग को दिए हैं।
मामला हरिद्वार जनपद के तहसील लक्सर का है। अपीलकर्ता राजेश कुमार का कथन था कि विभाग की ओर से दो वर्ष पूर्व स्लिप संख्या 5002383333 दी गई परंतु उसे आज तक पीवीसी राशन कार्ड उपलब्ध नहीं हो सका। इस कारण दो वर्षों तक उसे राशन उपलब्ध नहीं हो सका। जब इस संबंध में विभाग से जानकारी मांगी गई तो राशन कार्ड लंबित रहने का कारण भी नहीं बताया गया।
मामले में राज्य सूचना आयुक्त योगेश भट्ट ने सुनवाई करते हुए लोक सूचना अधिकारी पर 25 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना लगाने के साथ ही विभाग को दो साल का बकाया कुल 17 कुंतल 500 ग्राम राशन उपलब्ध कराने के आदेश दिए हैं।
