उत्तराखंड में जमीन खरीदना अब और मुश्किल हो जाएगा। क्योंकि जमीनों के सर्किल रेट में बढ़ोतरी कर दी गई है । कैबिनेट बैठक में इस प्रस्ताव पर मुहर लग चुकी है।
राज्य स्थापना से लेकर अब तक प्रदेश में सर्किल रेट औसत 20 गुना बढ़ी
अब पहाड़ों में सपनों का घर बनाना और महंगा हो जाएगा क्योंकि वित्त विभाग ने जमीनों के नए सर्किल रेट जारी कर दिए हैं । बता दें कि तीन वर्ष बाद जमीनों के सर्किल रेट में रिवीजन हुआ है। राज्य स्थापना से लेकर अब तक प्रदेश में सर्किल रेट औसत 20 गुना बढ़ गया है। इस साल सर्किल रेट में बढ़ोतरी के बाद 1700 करोड़ राजस्व मिलेगा। सर्किल रेट में औसत बढ़ोतरी 33.6 प्रतिशत है। कृषि की जमीनों की दरों में 32.47 और अकृषि जमीनों की दरों में औसत 34.83 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई है।प्रदेश में 86 प्रतिशत क्षेत्र ऐसा है जहां सर्किल रेट में 50 प्रतिशत से कम की बढ़ोतरी हुई है। 9 प्रतिशत क्षेत्र में सर्किल रेट में 50 से 100 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि और पांच प्रतिशत क्षेत्र में 100 से 300 प्रतिशत तक की वृद्धि हुई है।पर्वतीय जिलों में जमीनों की खरीद-फरोख्त बढ़ने की वजह से सर्किल रेट में करीब 15 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी की गई है।सर्किल रेट निर्धारण को कई श्रेणियां में बांटा गया है । इनमें अकृषि भूमि, बहुमंजिली आवासीय भवन, वाणिज्यिक भवन, गैर वाणिज्यिक निर्माण आदि शामिल हैं।
