पौड़ी जिलाधिकारी डॉ0 आशीष चौहान ने तहसील रिखणीखाल, धुमाकोट के क्षेत्रान्तर्गत दिनांक 13 एवं 15 अप्रैल 2023 को बाघ के हमले के दृष्टिगत तहसील रिखणीखाल क्षेत्रान्तर्गत ग्राम डल्ला, पट्टी पैनो-4 मेलघार क्वीराली, तोल्यू, गाडियू, जुई, द्वारी, काण्डा, कोटडी एवं तहसील धुमाकोट क्षेत्रान्तर्गत ग्राम ख्यूणाई तल्ली, ख्यूणाई मल्ली, ख्यूणाई बिचली, उम्टा, सिमली मल्ली, चमाडा, सिमली तल्ली, घोडकन्द मल्ला, घोडकन्द तल्ला, काण्डी तल्ली, काण्डी मल्ली, मन्दियार गांव, खडेत, गूम, बेलम, क्षेत्रान्तर्गत रात्री कर्फ्यू लगाये जाने आदेश दिये है। उन्होंने कहा कि बाघ द्वारा हमला किये जाने से दो व्यक्तियों की मृत्यु हो गयी है जिस कारण स्थानीय जनता में भय का माहौल व्याप्त है तथा बाघ द्वारा पुनः हमला किये जाने की प्रबल सम्भावना है। रात्रि के समय स्थानीय जनता के अनावश्यक घर से बाहर न निकले इसके दृष्टिगत अग्रिम आदेशों तक सांय 7.00 बजे से प्रातः 6.00 बजे तक कर्फ्यू लगाया जाता है।
इसके साथ ही जिलाधिकारी डॉ0 आशीष चौहान ने तहसील धुमाकोट के ग्राम भैडगांव एवं उसके आसपास के निकटवर्ती क्षेत्र में भय का माहौल व्याप्त होने व विद्यालय जाने वाले बच्चों की सुरक्षा के दृष्टिगत स्थिति सामान्य होने तक ग्राम भैडगांव पट्टी बूंगी-3 तहसील धुमाकोट क्षेत्रान्तर्गत ग्राम ख्यूणाई तल्ली, ख्यूणाई मल्ली, ख्यूणाई बिचली, उम्टा, सिमली मल्ली, चमाडा, सिमली तल्ली, घोडकन्द मल्ला, घोड़कन्द तल्ला, काण्डी तल्ली, काण्डी मल्ली. मन्दियार गाँव, खडेत, गूम बेलग, क्षेत्रान्तर्गत विद्यालयों/आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों में तथा तहसील रिखणीखाल अन्तर्गत ग्राम डल्ला, पटटी पैनो-4, मेलधार, क्वीराली तोल्यां गाडियूं, जुई, द्वारी, काण्डा, कोटडी आदि क्षेत्रान्तर्गत विद्यालयों/आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों में दिनांक 17 एवं 18 अप्रैल, 2023 को दो दिवसीय अवकाश घोषित किया है।
जिलाधिकारी डॉ0 आशीष चौहान ने तहसील रिखणीखाल, धुमाकोट अन्तर्गत दिनांक 13 अप्रैल, 2023 एवं दिनांक 15 अप्रैल, 2023 को बाघ द्वारा हमला किये जाने से दो व्यक्तियों की मृत्यु के दृष्टिगत उपजिलाधिकारी लैंसडाउन/धुमाकोट तथा तहसीलदार रिखणीखाल/धुमाकोट को निर्देशित किया कि बाघ द्वारा हमला किये जाने के कारण स्थानीय जनता में भय का माहौल व्याप्त है तथा बाघ द्वारा पुनः हमला किये जाने की प्रबल सम्भावना है। जिसके दृष्टिगत तहसील रिखणीखाल क्षेत्रान्तर्गत ग्राम डल्ला, पट्टी पैनो-4, मेलधार, क्वीराली, तोल्यूं, गाडियू, जुई, द्वारी, काण्डा, कोटडी एवं तहसील धुमाकोट क्षेत्रान्तर्गत ग्राम ख्यूणाई तल्ली, ख्यूणाई मल्ली, ख्यूणाई बिचली, उम्टा, सिमली मल्ली, चमाडा, सिमली तल्ली, घोडकन्द मल्ला, घोडकन्द तल्ला, काण्डी तल्ली, काण्डी मल्ली, मन्दियार गांव, खडेत गूम, बेलम, क्षेत्रान्तर्गत ऐसे परिवारों/घरों को चिन्हित किया जाए जो बाघ के हमले के दृष्टिगत अत्याधिक संवेदनशील है। जिलाधिकारी ने तहसीलदार रिखणीखाल, धुमाकोट को अग्रिम आदेशो तक प्रभावित क्षेत्र में तैनात किये जाने के निर्देश दिये है।
तहसील रिखणीखाल, धुमाकोट क्षेत्रान्तर्गत बाघ द्वारा हमला किये जाने के कारण स्थानीय जनता में भय का माहौल व्याप्त होने के दृष्टिगत ग्राम वासियों को अपने पशुओं के लिये जंगल से चारा-पत्ती लाने में बाघ का खतरा बना हुआ है। ग्रामवासियों द्वारा घर पर ही चारा-पत्ती उपलब्ध कराये जाने हेतु अनुरोध पर जिलाधिकारी ने प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में मुख्य पशु चिकित्साधिकारी पौड़ी को निर्देशित किया कि अग्रिम आदेश तक पशुओं के चारापत्ती की व्यवस्था करना सुनिश्चित करेगें।
