विधानसभा में 15 मार्च को सदन में बजट पेश किया जाएगा। बजट सत्र 13 मार्च से गैरसैंण में शुरू होने जा रहा है। वित्त मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल ने कहा कि इस बार का बजट राज्य के विकास की दिशा में मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। सभी वर्गों का विकास इस बजट में सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
शुक्रवार को सीएम आवास के मुख्य सेवक सदन में प्रदेश की आर्थिकी को बढ़ावा देने को आयोजित संवाद में वित्त मंत्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल ने यह जानकारी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि बजट तैयार करने को सभी वर्गों से राय मशविरा किया जा रहा है। हर वर्ग के सुझाव लिए जा रहे हैं। युवा, महिला, उद्यमी, नए उभरते युवा उद्यमियों से भी उनका पक्ष जाना जा रहा है।
बजट तैयार करने को विभिन्न माध्यमों से जनसंवाद किया जा रहा है। समावेशी बजट तैयार किया जा रहा है। बजट में पहाड़ से लेकर मैदान तक विकास की रफ्तार को बढ़ाने वाले प्रावधान किए जा रहे हैं। उत्तराखंड 2025 तक विकसित, आत्मनिर्भर राज्य बन सके, इस दिशा में यह बजट बेहद अहम साबित होगा और किसानों की आय को दोगुना करने वाला होगा।
युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के द्वार खोलने और स्वरोजगार के मौके बढ़ाने के विशेष प्रावधान किए जा रहे हैं। नए स्टार्टअप को आगे बढ़ाया जाएगा। महिला सशक्तिकरण, पर्यटन, ग्रामीण विकास, नए शहर विकसित करने और मजबूत आधारभूत ढांचा तैयार करने में ये बजट अहम होगा।
