*प्रथम चरण में केन्द्र सरकार ने स्वीकृत किये 142 विद्यालय*
*चयनित स्कूलों की विस्तृत डीपीआर तैयार करने के दिये निर्देश*

देहरादून, प्रदेश में शिक्षा विभाग की सूरत बदलने के लिये राज्य सरकार कई महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं पर काम कर रही है। सूबे के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने इन योजनाओं के त्वरित क्रियान्वयन को लेकर आज सभी जनपदों के जिलाधिकारियों एवं शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ वर्चुअल बैठक की। जिसमें उन्होंने प्रदेशभर में चयनित पीएम-श्री स्कूलों तथा कलस्टर विद्यालयों की शीघ्र डीपीआर तैयार करने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिये। इसके अलावा उन्होंने प्रत्येक जिले में स्कूल भवनों की ग्रेडिंग एवं विद्यालयों में ढांचागत व्यवस्थाओं को सुदृढ़ करने को भी कहा।
सूबे के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने मीडिया को जारी एक बयान में बताया कि प्रदेश में शिक्षा व्यवस्था की सूरत बदलकर देश में एक मिशाल कायम की जायेगी जिस पर राज्य सरकार लगातार काम कर ही है। इसी क्रम में उन्होंने आज सभी जनपदों के जिलाधिकारियों, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारियों एवं शिक्षा विभाग के उच्चाधिकारियों के साथ वर्चुअल माध्यम से बैठक कर विभाग की सभी योजनाओं को शीघ्र धरातल पर उतारने के लिये समयबद्ध तरीके से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने बताया कि विभाग ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की शैक्षिक सुधार से जुड़ी महत्वकांक्षी योजना पीएम-श्री स्कूल के लिये सूबे के 232 स्कूलों का चिन्हिकरण कर भारत सरकार को प्रस्ताव भेजा, जिनमें से भारत सरकार द्वारा प्रथम चरण में 142 विद्यालयों को पीएम-श्री स्कूल हेतु स्वीकृत प्रदान कर दी गई है। जिनकी विस्तृत डीपीआर तैयार करने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दे दिये गये हैं ताकि चयनित विद्यालयों का संचालन समय पर हो सके। डा. रावत ने बताया कि विभाग द्वारा प्रदेशभर के 1520 इंटरमीडिएट विद्यालयों को मिलाकर 559 कलस्टर विद्यालय बनाने का प्रस्ताव तैयार कर लिया गया है, जिसको स्वीकृति हेतु आगामी राज्य कैबिनेट की बैठक में रखने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दे दिये गये हैं, इससे पूर्व मंगलवार हो हुई राज्य की कैबिनेट बैठक में 603 प्राथमिक व 76 उच्च प्राथमिक कलस्टर विद्यालयों की स्वीकृति मिल चुकी है। इसी प्रकार प्रदेशभर में विद्यालय भवनों की पांच श्रेणियों में ग्रेडिंग कर इंटरमीडिएट स्तर के 2262 विद्यालय चिन्हित कर लिये गये हैं, जिनमें से 122 विद्यालयों के नये भवन बनाये जायेंगे जबकि 539 विद्यालयों में वृहद निर्माण, 886 विद्यालयों में लघु निर्माण तथा 715 विद्यालयों में रंग-रोगन किया जायेगा। विभागीय मंत्री ने बताया कि कलस्टर विद्यालयों में पर्याप्त संख्या में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति के साथ ही स्मार्ट क्लास, कम्प्युटर लैब, प्रयोगशाला, पुस्तकालय, अतिरिक्त कक्षा कक्ष, खेल सामग्री, सहित तमाम मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध की जायेगी, इसके अलावा कलस्टर विद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राओं के अतिरिक्त आस-पास के स्कूलों से समायोजित छात्र-छात्राओं को आने-जाने के लिये परिवहन की सुविधा भी मुहैया कराई जायेगी।
